論企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的競爭優(yōu)勢及其管理

                                                                       
摘要：企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟是企業(yè)在合作競爭機(jī)制下產(chǎn)生的新的企業(yè)組織形式，“戰(zhàn)略缺口”和“中間組織”理論是企業(yè)組建戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的理論基礎(chǔ)。戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟在20世紀(jì)80年代以來，由于其在技術(shù)、制度和組織等方面的強(qiáng)大競爭優(yōu)勢而得以長足發(fā)展。為降低戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的失敗率，從聯(lián)盟伙伴的選擇、聯(lián)盟組織機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)立以及聯(lián)盟的文化整合等幾個(gè)方面加強(qiáng)聯(lián)盟管理是非常必要的。基于對聯(lián)盟的作用機(jī)理分析，認(rèn)為戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟對促進(jìn)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。

The Competitive Advantage and Management of Enterprises' Stratagem Alliance

Abstract: Enterprises' Stratagem Alliance is a newly emerging organizational mode of enterprises under the cooperative competition mechanism. And the theoretic fundament of the organization and establishment of it by enterprises is "Strategic-Gap Theory” and "Inter-organization Theory". Since 1980s, stratagem alliance, with the help of its overwhelmingly competitive advantages, has been able to develop continuously for a long time. For the purpose of reducing the failure rate of stratagem alliance, it is of great necessity to enhance its management in terms of choosing alliance partners and establishing alliance organization or institutes and alliance-related cultural integration and etc. Based on the analysis of the operational mechanism of such an alliance, I deem that stratagem alliance is of great significance in promoting the economic development of our nation.
