摘 要

隨著技術(shù)的發(fā)展，電腦操作及管理日趨簡化，電腦知識(shí)日趨普及，同時(shí)市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速多變，競爭激烈，采用計(jì)算機(jī)管理系統(tǒng)是現(xiàn)代化企業(yè)管理的必然趨勢。先進(jìn)的管理技術(shù)，很大程度上體現(xiàn)在管理系統(tǒng)的成熟完善上。本文以新生活集團(tuán)（中國）有限公司徐州分公司為背景，建立了一套計(jì)算機(jī)管理系統(tǒng)，將公司的復(fù)雜手工業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)化到計(jì)算機(jī)上操作，大大提高了工作的效率。
借鑒了其他較為成功的管理系統(tǒng)，通過對實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)的分析，確定了倉儲(chǔ)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)思想和運(yùn)行流程：采用Visual Basic語言編程制作前臺(tái)和Access數(shù)據(jù)庫做后臺(tái)相結(jié)合的方式，建立了一套計(jì)算機(jī)管理系統(tǒng)的模型，包括了入庫、出庫、庫存查詢、出入庫統(tǒng)計(jì)等部分。針對系統(tǒng)安全的問題上還做了數(shù)據(jù)庫安全管理的部分。倉庫管理系統(tǒng)在運(yùn)行階段，效果好，數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確性高，提高了工作效率，同時(shí)也實(shí)現(xiàn)了倉庫管理計(jì)算機(jī)化。

ABSTRACT

With the technology, computer operations and management become increasingly simplified, computer literacy has become increasingly popular, while the fast changing market economy, competition, using computer management system is the inevitable trend of modern enterprise management. Advanced management techniques to a large extent reflected in the mature and perfect the management system. In this paper, a new life Group (China) Co., Ltd. Xuzhou Branch as the background, a set of computer management systems, the company's complex business transformation to the computer manual operation, greatly improved work efficiency.
Learn from other more successful management system, through the analysis of actual operations, warehouse management system to determine the design and operation of process: making use of Visual Basic programming and Access database front backing combination, a set of computer management system model, including the storage, a library, inventory check, the storage statistics section. The issue of security for the system also made a part of database security management. Warehouse management system in the operational phase, good results, data and high accuracy, improve efficiency, but also to achieve a computerized warehouse management.
