摘  要:當(dāng)前為了搞好交通管制,消除交通安全隱患,通常采用雷達(dá)測(cè)速法(多普勒效應(yīng)法)對(duì)違章(超快或超慢)車輛的速度進(jìn)行識(shí)別、取證。但近期市場(chǎng)上出現(xiàn)了一種俗稱“電子狗”的無線電接收裝置,若汽車配有此裝置后,在接近雷達(dá)測(cè)速區(qū)時(shí),就能提前捕捉到雷達(dá)測(cè)速的信息而報(bào)警,提醒司機(jī)“前方有測(cè)速”,使其很快改為遵章行駛,一旦越過雷達(dá)測(cè)速區(qū),車輛就又違章行駛了,終使違章車輛得不到應(yīng)有的處罰,事故隱患猶存。針對(duì)這種情況,我們研制了以紅外光傳感器為核心的新的測(cè)速系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)測(cè)速時(shí)不會(huì)被“電子狗”所發(fā)現(xiàn),不僅能識(shí)別汽車速度V的大小,還能測(cè)出其速度超過上限速度(Vmax)的量值+△V或低于下限速度(Vmin)的量值-△V等信息,據(jù)該信息驅(qū)動(dòng)取證系統(tǒng)(打印、照相)工作,能有效提高交通管制的力度,為消除交通隱患,保證人民生命財(cái)產(chǎn)的安全起到積極的作用。

Research of Infrared Motion Velocity Determination System
Abstract: To improve the current traffic control and eliminate hidden dangers, we usually use radar gun (Doppler effect) to determine whether the vehicle violate the regulations (or ultra-fast super-slow) and finish the speed identification, as collection of evidence. But recently appeared on the market a "dog" radio receiving equipment, after the vehicles are equipped with the device, in areas close to the radar gun, they will be able to detect early radar guns and alarm information, to remind drivers "there is a gun”, then it will soon be compliance, once crossed the radar gun, they will also violate vehicle traffic regulations, to the end the illegal vehicles are not punished, the problem remained. In light of this situation, we have developed an infrared sensor at the core of the new gun system. The gun system will not be "electronic dog" found that not only could identify the vehicle speed V size, but could detect with a speed faster than the speed limit(Vmax) of the money(+V) or lower threshold velocity(Vmin) volume value(-V) and other information, according to the evidence-driven information systems(print and photography), it will effectively improve traffic control, and play a positive role in eliminating hidden dangers and ensuring the people's lives and property safety.
