摘要：本文應(yīng)用DEA模型對鋼鐵上市公司的業(yè)績進(jìn)行了實證研究。通過DEA有效分析和規(guī)模收益分析對十四家上市公司的業(yè)績進(jìn)行了效率衡量，為投資者理性投資提供了參考依據(jù)，也為上市公司提高效率提供了數(shù)據(jù)借鑒。
Abstract：This text used DEA model and carried on the positive research to the achievement of the listed company of iron and steel．By DEA validity Analysis and scale income an analysis on efficiency at each the achievements of 14 listed company，made some advices for investors’ investment and also offered some data to draw lessons to the listed company．
