Title Design of the Stamping Process and the
Progressive Die for the telegraphese connection
(i)Abstract
This paper analyzes the technical characteristics of the telegraphese connection product stamping,including the size calculation of the part technical analysis, the calculation of the punching force and drawing force, the difficulties of die design, making sure the layout project and the die general structure. The progressive die could complete seven processes that include punching, drawing, shaping and so on. The high-speed punching machine has been used during the process of producing. It introduces the design and manufacture of the punch, the die, the stripping device, the pushing device, and the blanking holders in details. And it also expatiates the working process of the die, the coordination about each motion of figurations, the assemble clearance of the punch and die, even including the way to establish the manufacture process of the typical parts.
