A brief introduction on the sheet metal blanking and piercing dies is presented in Chapter 21. In practice component is produced essentially by combinations of blanking, piercing, bending or drawing operations in a certain order. The dies discussed previously are involved in carrying out only a single operation. But the most practice dies have to do more than one operation for making a finished component. In this chapter, the details of the design of such dies are discussed.

22.1模具類型
鈑件模具可以廣泛的分為三類：連續(xù)沖模、復合模，組合模。
連續(xù)沖模
在壓力機壓力下,連續(xù)沖模在單沖程下同時進行兩個或更多的操作。因此完整的沖裁是獲得每一單沖程的操作,執(zhí)行單沖程中的每一步操作叫做工序。毛坯條從這個工序移動到另一個工序并經(jīng)受特殊的操作。當條料最終完成最后一道工序,一個完整的結(jié)構(gòu)已經(jīng)完成。
