摘 要
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是圍繞著CA6140機(jī)床方刀架的工藝工裝來(lái)展開(kāi)的。內(nèi)容主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面:設(shè)計(jì)零件的加工工藝(包括切削用量工時(shí)等計(jì)算)設(shè)計(jì)兩套專用夾具,對(duì)其中一套進(jìn)行拆畫(huà)。作出一萬(wàn)八千字的說(shuō)明書(shū)。
方刀架的主要功用就是通過(guò)裝在刀架上的其它零件夾緊刀具,換刀時(shí),在手柄轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)下,帶動(dòng)方刀架回轉(zhuǎn),以達(dá)到換刀的目的。
因?yàn)楣ぜ儆诖笈可a(chǎn),宜采用專用夾緊裝置。所以為了適應(yīng)生產(chǎn)需要,采用組合鉆床,設(shè)計(jì)專用的鉆模板,在回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái)上進(jìn)行多工位加工。
機(jī)床夾具的確定是一次十分重要的設(shè)計(jì)程序,方案的設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)劣往往直接決定夾具設(shè)計(jì)的可行性。所以,方案的確定需經(jīng)充分的研究和討論來(lái)確定最佳方案。
由于 液壓傳動(dòng)具有許多優(yōu)點(diǎn),如結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,體積小,重量輕,反應(yīng)快,承載能力大;較易實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速,調(diào)速比大;運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn);易于實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化;并能實(shí)現(xiàn)較復(fù)雜的自動(dòng)化工作循環(huán);具有自潤(rùn)滑能力;磨損小,壽命長(zhǎng);液壓元件易于實(shí)現(xiàn)通用化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,便于大批量生產(chǎn)。所以,本次所設(shè)計(jì)的夾緊方式就采用液壓壓緊。

This graduate design is around the square knife in bed in machine in CA6140 craft work packs to launch of.The contents includes primarily below a few aspects:Designing the spare parts processes the craft( include to slice 削 dosage man-hour etc. calculation) designs two sets of appropriations tongs, as to it's inside a set of proceedings dismantles the painting.Make a manual for 18,000th words.
The square knife an other spare parts for of main effect is passing packing on the knife clips the tight knife has, changing the knife, the in hand handle turns to move the bottom, arousing the square knife a purpose for turning round, then attaining changing the knife.
Because the work piece belongs to the large quantity measures production, the proper adoption appropriation clips the tight device.So produce the demand for the sake of the orientation, adoption combination drill the bed, design to drill the template appropriatively, at turn round the work on the stage proceed many the work processes.
It is design good and bad that machine bed tongs really settle that once very important design procedure that possibility, the project usually decides directly the tongs design.So, the project really settles to need through the sufficient research with discussion to certain the best project.
Because the liquid presses to spread to move to have many advantages, such as construction tightly packed, the physical volume is small, the weight is light, responding quick, load the ability is big;Than realizes to have no easily the class adjust soon, adjust to compare soon big;The sport is steady;Apt to realize automation;Combining can realize complicated automation work circulation;Have from the lubrication ability;Wear away small, the life span is long;The liquid presses a piece apts to realize in general use turn, standardizing, the easy to large quantity measures production.So, this designs of clip the tight way and then adopt the liquid press.
