陽極板自動生產(chǎn)線后翻板機械手
摘要:
本次畢業(yè)設計是關于云南銅業(yè)自動生產(chǎn)線陽極板的后翻板機械手。我設計的這部分主要作用是把水平的陽極板豎立成垂直狀態(tài),便于陽極板的運輸,在移載的過程中機構主要完成三個動作:傾斜方向的向上運動和豎直方向上運動和水平方向上的運動。
通過對原有設備的研究與借鑒,研究符合于我們自己的生產(chǎn)線。在實現(xiàn)豎直方向上運動的時候,采用了增加兩個導向桿的形式,以便移動平穩(wěn)??刂妻D(zhuǎn)臂啟停以及行程是完全靠幾個行程開關控制油路中的換向閥換位實現(xiàn)的。此次設計集合了光、機、電、液技術。并且本生產(chǎn)線已投產(chǎn),運轉(zhuǎn)正常,還有些待于我們改進。
本次設計重點放在了液壓設計部分。主要包括:執(zhí)行元件速度、負載、功率分析;液壓系統(tǒng)原理圖設計;液壓元件的選擇和計算;集成塊的設計計算等等。

Turn over the manipulator of board after the automatic production line of anode plate
Abstract:
This graduation design turns over the manipulator of board after is an automatic production line anode plate of concerning copper industry of Yunnan .This part of main actions that I design are to stand up the anode plate of the level perpendicular condition, the carriage of the easy to anode plate, the mechanism mainly completes three workings in the process of move carry: Incline the direction headings up the running and keeps the direction of vertical the running and levels the running that square heading up.
Through the research to the original equipments with use for reference, study to match in our own production line .At the time of carrying out to keep the direction of vertical ascend exercise, adopted to increase two forms that lead to the arm, for the purpose of removal steady .To control the arm of screws' start and stop ,and the stroke ,is complete to depend on a few strokes switch of change toward valve to change the position .This design accumulated the light, machine ,electronic, liquid technique .And this production line has already throw to produce, work normally, they still need to be improved.
A design point is the hydraulic pressure design part .Mainly include :Carrying component's speed, load, power analyses; The design of hydraulic pressure system principle chart ;The choice and the calculation of the component of hydraulic pressure; Gather block's design and calculation etc.

摘要:
