[內(nèi)容提要] 本文首先通過中美日三國經(jīng)濟(jì)的近來發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的比較,引出中國多數(shù)企業(yè)的管理模式“情感管理”,并暗示其優(yōu)勢(shì)。闡述“情感管理”定義。接著通過先前美國幾位教授對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論研究的發(fā)現(xiàn),說明中國企業(yè)“情感管理”的正確性。由此開始進(jìn)入正文。首先,通過舉例具體闡述中國以“情”為理念的管理哲學(xué)的具體涵義,具體剖析“情感管理”的優(yōu)勢(shì):1、由于“家本位”思想影響,中國“情感管理”中所體現(xiàn)的真情可以給員工家一樣的氛圍,從而增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的凝聚力,吸引人才,使員工對(duì)企業(yè)產(chǎn)生像對(duì)家一樣的責(zé)任感。作者認(rèn)為這也是中國“情感管理”的最大優(yōu)勢(shì);2、促進(jìn)健康的企業(yè)文化的形成和發(fā)展;3、促進(jìn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層和員工層的溝通和了解,產(chǎn)生信任,有利于大家同心同德地為實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)而奮斗;4、激勵(lì)機(jī)制可調(diào)動(dòng)員工工作的積極性,使他們以持久的士氣和最大的努力,自覺的做出自己的貢獻(xiàn)。最后,作者說明現(xiàn)在在中國這種“情感管理”并不是在所有的企業(yè)都實(shí)行,但從總體上看都貫穿著這種理念。舉例說明中國的“情感管理”存在著大量?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)的同時(shí)也又 一定的缺陷,中國的“情感管理”要與美日的“理”和“法”相結(jié)合才會(huì)產(chǎn)生它的最大效應(yīng)。

[Summary] Firstly,the writer puts forward the pattern of enterprise administration in China ——Relationship Oriented Leadership ,through the comparison of the recent economic trends of China,America and Japan,and suggests its general advantage;Secondly,set forth the definition of “Relationship Oriented Leadership”;Next, writer gives two examples of American scholars investigations’ results of the administration theory to testify the accuracy of this pattern. And then we come to the main body, the advantages of the Relationship Oriented Leadership: 1, Because of the influence of “family center” idea the true feeling in “Relationship Oriented Leadership” could make all members feel the ambience of family, and have the responsibilities for the family. So the business cohesion will enhance, and it will attract more talents; 2,Accelerate a healthy enterprise culture’s form; 3, Promote the communication and understanding between administrators and employees, and produce the trust between them. It is beneficial to get leader and employees making concerted efforts to achieve the enterprise’ strategy goal. 4, Motivation system could motivate the initiative of the staff , and make them finished their work by constant morale and most effort. Finally, the writer says it is not all the enterprise that adopt this pattern, but it is a concept through all the enterprise generally. Then illustrate that there are also many disadvantage belonged to “Relationship Oriented Leadership” as the same time. To improve our administration “Relationship Oriented Leadership” should combine with the “reason” in America and “l(fā)aw” in Japan efficiently.
