摘要
    本論文根據(jù)中國城市小區(qū)的供水要求，設(shè)計(jì)了基于PLC的變頻恒壓供水系統(tǒng)，并利用組態(tài)軟件開發(fā)良好的運(yùn)行管理界面，恒壓變頻供水系統(tǒng)主要有可編程控制器，變頻器，水泵機(jī)組、壓力傳感器等組成。PLC的程序編制，調(diào)試和運(yùn)行監(jiān)控，人機(jī)界面的組態(tài)均在Step/Micro編程環(huán)境下完成。
　　
　　　本系統(tǒng)由四臺(tái)水泵電機(jī)，它們組成變頻循環(huán)工作方式，采用變頻器實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)四臺(tái)水泵電機(jī)的軟起動(dòng)和變頻調(diào)速，運(yùn)行采用"先啟先?！暗墓ぷ鞣绞剑瑝毫鞲衅鳈z測(cè)當(dāng)前水壓信號(hào)，送入PLC與預(yù)先設(shè)定的壓力值進(jìn)行PID運(yùn)算，來控制變頻器的輸出電壓和頻率，進(jìn)行改變水泵電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速來改變供水量，來保證網(wǎng)管壓力穩(wěn)定在設(shè)定值附近，采用組態(tài)軟件來完成系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控，實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的顯示及數(shù)據(jù)和報(bào)警的查詢。

ABSTRACT
      According to he requirement of China's urban water supply, this paper designs a set of water supply system of frequency control of constant voltage based on  PLC,and have developed good operation management interface using SupervisionControl and DataAcquisition .the is made up of PLC ,transducer,units of pump,pressure sensor and control machine and so on,The PLC program,monitoring and configuration of HMI are fully by Step7/Micro.
      This  system is formed by four pump generators and they form the circulating run mode of frequency conversion. With general frequency control ,operation switch adopts the principle of start first stop first ." The detection signal of pressure sensor of hydraulic pressure ,via PLC with set value by carry out PID comparison operation,so ,control frequency and the export voltage converter ,and then the rotational speed that changes pump generator come to change water supply quantity ,eventually ,it is nearby to maintain pipe net pressure to stabilize when set value ,Through work control machine the connection with PLC,with group form software consummately systematic monitoring ,have realized operation state development to show and data ,report to the police inquiry.
