摘 要：本文通過對(duì)發(fā)電有限公司2×700MW機(jī)組凝結(jié)水精處理設(shè)備前置過濾器濾芯污染、高混上部進(jìn)水裝置坍塌和熱力系統(tǒng)加氨量變化等幾種設(shè)備異常情況分析，探討精處理設(shè)備運(yùn)行和維護(hù)方法，有效地解決了精處理設(shè)備運(yùn)行過程中的異常問題，保證了精處理系統(tǒng)和機(jī)組的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。

Analysis and discussion on exception of condensate polisher

Abstract: In this paper, the element pollution of the front filter,the faliing of the water ingress device on the upper part of the high-speed mixed bed and variation of ammoniain thermodynamic system in 2×700MW Unit of Xinchang Power Plant were analyzed.The operating and maintenance method of condensate polisher was discussed.The exception of condensate polisher on operation was solved effectively. It guaranteed safe and stable running of the condensate polisher and the unit.
