工傷認(rèn)定程序之思考讀書報(bào)告

摘 要
工傷認(rèn)定是勞動(dòng)者享受工傷待遇的前提，其認(rèn)定程序是工傷保險(xiǎn)制度中重要的一環(huán)。該程序的合理與否，直接關(guān)系到勞動(dòng)者能否得到公正、及時(shí)的救濟(jì)。本文對(duì)我國工傷認(rèn)定程序作簡(jiǎn)要介紹，分析現(xiàn)行工傷認(rèn)定程序缺陷，并提出建議。

ABSTRACT
Employment injuries cognizance is the precondition of enjoy treatment of work injury worker, its application is important one annulus of work injury insurance system. The reasonable or not of this program are directly related to whether worker can get a fair, timely relief or not. This article made a brief introduction of the application and analysis the bug, and then put forward suggestions.
