摘要：近年來(lái)，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，機(jī)械制造企業(yè)的安全管理問(wèn)題顯得日益重要。我國(guó)各大機(jī)械加工企業(yè)相繼開(kāi)展安全管理體系建設(shè)，引入、建立適合機(jī)械加工企業(yè)的安全管理體系，不斷完善安全管理制度和安全操作規(guī)程，進(jìn)一步落實(shí)安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任制，逐步提升機(jī)械加工企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)管理水平，實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械加工企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制，本文闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外安全管理體系建設(shè)發(fā)展情況，結(jié)合某重工有限公司安全管理體系建設(shè)，根據(jù)其安全管理不足，提出相應(yīng)的建議，以此來(lái)加強(qiáng)機(jī)械制造業(yè)的安全管理。

Abstract：In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, the machine manufacture enterprise's safety management problem is increasingly important. China's major machinery processing enterprises have to carry out the safety management system, introducing, establish suitable for mechanical processing enterprise's safety management system, perfecting the safety management system and operational procedures, further implement the responsibility system for production safety, gradually improve machining enterprise safety production management level, realize the mechanical processing enterprises long-term effective mechanism of safety in production, this paper expounds the safety management system construction and development situation at home and abroad, combined with Shanghai zhenhua port machinery heavy industry co., LTD., and safety management system construction, according to its lack of safety management, put forward the corresponding suggestion, in order to strengthen the safety management of the mechanical manufacturing industry.
