摘要:隨著工業(yè)制件塑料化發(fā)展方向不斷增強,塑料制件的應(yīng)用范圍也不斷擴大,對塑料制件在質(zhì)量、數(shù)量、精度等各方面都提出了越來越高的要求,促使塑料成型技術(shù)不斷向前發(fā)展。本畢業(yè)設(shè)計主要設(shè)計注射遙控器后蓋模具。通過對塑料零件的設(shè)計以及3D建模,結(jié)合塑料成型工藝和注塑模具設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識,確定模具類型與結(jié)構(gòu)以及相關(guān)的設(shè)計參數(shù)等,最終完成模具的總裝,設(shè)計出一套具有生產(chǎn)價值的注塑模具。在設(shè)計模具的同時把以往學(xué)過的知識運用到其中,完成塑料零件的注薂@尚凸ひ輾治齪妥⑺苣>叩娜可杓啤U莆樟順S貌牧顯詬髦殖尚凸討卸閱>叩墓ひ找?,模具的结构特掉]約吧杓萍撲愕姆椒ā�

The injection mold design of remote control battery back over
Abstract:With plastic parts industry development direction, the application range of the plastic parts is also growing, for precision plastic parts in quality, quantity, and so on various aspects are put forward higher request, make plastic molding technology continuous development. This graduation design is mainly design remote control back cover injection mold. Through the design of plastic parts and 3 d modeling, combining with the plastic molding process and the basic knowledge of injection mold design, mold type and structure and related design parameters, etc., finally complete the die assembly, design a set of injection mold of production value. At the same time, to apply previously learned knowledge to it in the design of the mould, in analyzing the injection molding process of plastic parts and injection mold design. Master the commonly used materials in various kinds of molding process of mould process requirement, the structure characteristics of mould and the design calculation method.
