摘要:本次課題為扳手的沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì),本次設(shè)計(jì)目的是進(jìn)一步了解并熟悉沖壓模具的設(shè)計(jì)過程,運(yùn)用沖孔、落料、彎曲等沖壓工序設(shè)計(jì)冷沖壓模具,并對該零件進(jìn)行工藝分析,選擇合適的沖壓工藝方案及模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案,同時驗(yàn)算沖壓模具零部件工藝參數(shù),最后繪制沖壓模具裝配圖和零件圖。通過對零件進(jìn)行工藝分析和工藝參數(shù)計(jì)算,根據(jù)零件所需冷沖壓工序設(shè)計(jì)出級進(jìn)沖壓模具,運(yùn)用pro/e進(jìn)行三維建模,同時運(yùn)用AutoCAD繪制二維模具裝配圖和零件圖,對部分零件進(jìn)行了加工工藝分析。該零件復(fù)雜且尺寸不規(guī)則,這對模具設(shè)計(jì)和展開排樣提出了較高的要求,特別是彎曲過程,需要合理的安排工藝,巧妙的設(shè)計(jì)沖模來解決,對于部分不關(guān)鍵的零件可適當(dāng)降低尺寸公差要求,設(shè)計(jì)中盡可能使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件,有利于設(shè)計(jì)成本的降低。

Design of cold stamping mould for wrench
AbstractThis topic is wrench cold stamping mould design,Through the design, further stamping mould design process using blanking, punching, bending stamping process design of cold stamping mould, needs to solve the key problems of many parts, technical analysis, stamping process scheme and the die structure and design of stamping mould parts process parameters parameter selection and calculation, stamping, assembly and detail drawings. Need to use machines, materials, stamping, molding, cold, 3d design of computer science knowledge, need quite a broad knowledge and professional level. Through the analysis of the technology of parts and the process parameters calculation, cold stamping parts needed to process a compound stamping mould design, using pro/e to creat the die,and using AutoCAD assembly drawing two-dimensional mould parts and also have also made for parts processing analysis. The components and complex, the size of irregular of mold design and layout puts forward higher requirements, especially the bending process, need reasonable arrangement of the clever design process, stamping parts, to solve the key parts for not properly reduce dimension tolerance requirement,design as far as possible, to use standard design cost reduction.
