Injection mold design of the exhaust fan for range hood
Abstract To understand the use of plastic parts in accordance with the requirements of the plastic products, analysis of the technical requirements of the plastic parts of the process, dimensional accuracy, select the workpiece size of the plastic parts. The mold using a eight side gate feed injection machine adopts TOSHIBA EC40-Y models, and set a cooling system, CAD and UG drawing two-dimensional assembly diagram and parts diagram, reasonable mold processing methods. Attach a manual, use brief text, a concise diagram and calculated analysis of plastic parts, in order to make a reasonable mold design.
