人員招聘是為了滿足企業(yè)發(fā)展的需要,根據(jù)其人力資源規(guī)劃與工作分析的結(jié)果,尋找并吸引那些有能力又有興趣到本公司任職的人員,并且從中選出合適的人員予以錄用的過程。企業(yè)的管理與運(yùn)行離不開人力資源的支持,人的作用在企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)中發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。所以人力資源管理對(duì)于企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用,而招聘作為人力資源引進(jìn)的主要渠道更是顯得尤為重要。本文旨在研究員工招聘的活動(dòng)過程對(duì)企業(yè)招聘有效性的影響,通過對(duì)招聘活動(dòng)各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的分析,剖析出每一環(huán)節(jié)對(duì)最終招聘成果的影響。在理論與實(shí)際案例研究相結(jié)合的基礎(chǔ)上,得出了要使企業(yè)招聘的有效性得到保證,在實(shí)施招聘活動(dòng)階段,要對(duì)招聘活動(dòng)的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行合理有效的控制,保證每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的科學(xué)有效。企業(yè)招聘的有效與否,受到招聘活動(dòng)每一環(huán)節(jié)的影響。

Abstract
Recruitment is in order to meet the needs of enterprise development, based on the analysis of the human resources planning and work results, find and attract those who have the ability and interest to the company's personnel, and selects the appropriate personnel to be hired from the. Operation and management of the enterprise cannot do without the support of human resources, the role of people play an irreplaceable role in the economic activity of enterprise. So the human resources management for the enterprise's survival and development plays a vital role, the main channel and recruitment as human resources introduction is particularly important. This paper aims to influence the process of staff recruitment effectiveness of enterprises, through the analysis of all aspects of recruitment activities, analyzes the influence of every link on the final recruitment results. Based on theory and practical case studies on a combination, that will make the validity of enterprise recruitment is guaranteed, in the implementation of recruitment activities, to all aspects of recruitment activities are reasonably and effectively control, ensure each link of the scientific and effective. Enterprise recruitment is effective or not, affected recruitment activity each link.
