Abstract
With the development of the economy and the progress of the society, more and more enterprises begin to pay much attention to the management of human resources. Talent is very important to the development of an enterprise, and choose what recruitment methods to select talent needs to be considered carefully for the enterprise, because different recruitment methods means different quantity and different quality of job seekers.
