[Abstract]:The domestic and foreign development condition of the metal injection molding (MIM) technology are introduced and had pointed has compared the powder injection molding and the plastic injection molding common ground and differences. Outlined the characteristic of bonded NdFeB magnet injection molding, The key factors in production process are analysed, including binders, injection molding machinery and injection molding process, and took shape the machinery to the NdFeB injection to make a more exhaustive discussion. The purpose of bonded NdFeB magnet, development status and the direction for future research are pointed out.
