摘要:在分析無刷直流電機(jī)數(shù)學(xué)模型的基礎(chǔ)上,將模糊控制與傳統(tǒng)的PID控制相結(jié)合,設(shè)計(jì)了模糊PI無刷直流電機(jī)速度控制器,并應(yīng)用于調(diào)速伺服系統(tǒng)。仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,用模糊PI控制器代替普通的PI控制器,可以使BLDC的整體性能得到顯著改善,是高性能BLDC調(diào)速系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的一個(gè)重要方向。

0 引言
隨著電力電子技術(shù)、微電子技術(shù)、控制理論以及永磁材料的快速發(fā)展,無刷直流電機(jī)(BLDC)得以迅速推廣。直流電機(jī)是最常見的一種電機(jī),也是電機(jī)的主要類型之一,它是生產(chǎn)或使用直流電能的機(jī)電能量轉(zhuǎn)換裝置,也是歷史上出現(xiàn)最早的電機(jī)。直流電機(jī)以其平滑的調(diào)速性能、寬廣的調(diào)速范圍、較大的起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩和制動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩、較高的過載能力而著稱,廣泛用于驅(qū)動(dòng)電力機(jī)車、軋鋼機(jī)、機(jī)床、卷揚(yáng)機(jī)和起重設(shè)備中,尤其適用于高精度、高性能的電力拖動(dòng)系統(tǒng)。在自動(dòng)控制領(lǐng)域中也有不少元件應(yīng)用直流電機(jī),如測速發(fā)電機(jī)和伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)等??梢哉f,直流電機(jī)在各領(lǐng)域中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。當(dāng)BLDC調(diào)速系統(tǒng)用于要求調(diào)速性能、控制精度較高的場合時(shí)(如機(jī)器人、航天航空、精密電子儀器設(shè)備等),BLDC的快速性、穩(wěn)定性以及魯棒性是衡量其性能優(yōu)劣的重要指標(biāo)。而BLDC是一個(gè)多變量、強(qiáng)耦合、非線性、時(shí)變的復(fù)雜系統(tǒng),當(dāng)系統(tǒng)負(fù)載或參數(shù)發(fā)生變化時(shí),傳統(tǒng)的PI控制將難以達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)的預(yù)期效果 ......
Abstract: A fuzzy PI controller is designed by combining traditional adap tive controlwith fuzzy control based on the mathematicalmodel of the brushless DC motor. This controller is used in the brushless DC motor (BLDCM ) speed controller. The simulation shows that using fuzzy controllers to replace the conventional PI controller can improve BLDCps performance significantly.

Along with the electric power electronic technology, the microelectronic technology, the control theory as well as permanent-magnet material's fast development, brushless DC motor (BLDC) to be able to promote rapidly. The DC motor is the most common one kind of electrical machinery, is also one of electrical machinery's predominant types, it is the production or the use cocurrent electrical energy mechanical and electrical energy conversion installment, is also in the history presents the earliest electrical machinery. The DC motor by its smooth velocity modulation performance, the broad governor deflection, the big starting moment and the brake torque, high overload capacity is famous, widely uses in actuating in the electric locomotive, the mill, the engine bed, the hoist and the hoisting equipment, especially is suitable for the high accuracy ......
