目前，我國中、小型企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率都需要有一個新的提高．但是加工手段卻遠遠不能滿足需要．許多中小型企業(yè)都結(jié)合自己的實際對設備的技術狀態(tài)進行改進，通過強化自身．以求自我發(fā)展.
小型拖拉機零件(12．54．101前蓋)如圖1所示，采用普通鉆床逐孔加工法，工人頻繁忙于裝夾工件、起動機床、進刀、退刀、停車及卸工件，不僅勞動強度大，而且生產(chǎn)率和加工精度低．每臺小型拖拉機上用前蓋一件，目前每臺小拖的市場銷量為1OO萬臺，研制加工該零件的組合鉆床不但能提高生產(chǎn)效率，降低設備占用率，降低工人勞動強度，而且還會為廠家?guī)砜捎^的經(jīng)濟效益．
Abstract：In view of the actual conditions of enterprises and on the basis of overall analysing workpece structure features，accuracy of size，surface roughness，accuracy of distance between drilled holes and other technical requirements，this article points out that the existing eqmpments used to manufacture workpieces may result in lower productivity，greater intensity of labour and worse workng accuracy.16 hole combination drilling machine resolves above problems
