某制造企業(yè)物流平臺(tái)建設(shè)需求分析



摘    要


進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)以來(lái)，企業(yè)所處的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境更加激烈：技術(shù)進(jìn)步越來(lái)越快，市場(chǎng)和勞務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)全球化，用戶的要求越來(lái)越苛刻，產(chǎn)品研發(fā)的難度越來(lái)越大，如何在快速有效地滿足顧客需求的基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)低成本的運(yùn)營(yíng)，是眾多企業(yè)面臨的難題。制造技術(shù)已經(jīng)不單純是制造工藝方法和產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)，制造系統(tǒng)的一切活動(dòng)都和物流活動(dòng)有關(guān)，引進(jìn)物流技術(shù)，不僅能降低企業(yè)的運(yùn)輸成本，減少庫(kù)存，而且能加快生產(chǎn)流程和銷售流程，提高生產(chǎn)效率和生產(chǎn)能力，降低企業(yè)生產(chǎn)成本。某制造企業(yè)發(fā)展迅速，急需提升企業(yè)物流管理水平，但是受企業(yè)長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展影響，企業(yè)形成了多個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)差異較大的事業(yè)部，公司物流管理難度較大，公司庫(kù)存積壓和資源浪費(fèi)的情況嚴(yán)重，為了進(jìn)行合理的物流規(guī)劃，建設(shè)公司物流平臺(tái)，必須對(duì)公司物流現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行分析。

本文通過(guò)對(duì)該企業(yè)物流現(xiàn)狀的分析，準(zhǔn)確分析企業(yè)在物流方面存在的問(wèn)題，具體分析和闡述物流平臺(tái)建設(shè)的必要性和可行性，并對(duì)企業(yè)的未來(lái)目標(biāo)進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)分析。企業(yè)物流規(guī)劃的需求分析決定了物流規(guī)劃的方向，如何在進(jìn)行各種物流規(guī)劃之前進(jìn)行有效的物流需求分析是必不可少的因此具有重要意義。如果缺乏物流需求分析，將出現(xiàn)各種物流問(wèn)題，給企業(yè)造成巨大浪費(fèi)。物流需求分析的目的在于為物流活動(dòng)提供物流供給不斷滿足物流需求的依據(jù)，以保證物流服務(wù)的供給與需求之間的相對(duì)平衡，使物流活動(dòng)保持較高的效率與效益。物流需求分析、預(yù)測(cè)是否準(zhǔn)確，直接關(guān)系到物流規(guī)劃的科學(xué)性和合理性，關(guān)系到物流發(fā)展規(guī)劃成功與否，同時(shí)也會(huì)影響到經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展速度。重視物流需求分析，加強(qiáng)物流需求管理，能夠有效引導(dǎo)投資，對(duì)浪費(fèi)現(xiàn)象具有現(xiàn)實(shí)的知道意義。本文通過(guò)對(duì)制造企業(yè)發(fā)展情況的研究，分析企業(yè)在物流平臺(tái)建設(shè)方面的需求。

Into the 21st century， the market environment in which enterprises become more intense： technological progress more rapidly， the labor market and global competition， the user's requirements more stringent， increasing the difficulty of product development， how to quickly and efficiently meet Customer demand on the basis of low-cost carriers， many enterprises are facing problems。 Manufacturing Technology is no longer simply a method of manufacturing technology and product design， manufacturing system for all activities and logistics activities related to the introduction of logistics technology， enterprises can not only reduce transport costs， reduce inventory， but also can speed up production processes and sales process， improve production Efficiency and productivity， reduce production costs。 The rapid development of a manufacturing enterprise， the much-needed upgrading enterprise logistics management level， but long-term development impact of the enterprise， a number of business enterprises formed a larger difference in the division， the company logistics management more difficult， the company backlog of inventory and wastage of resources in serious condition， In order to carry out a reasonable logistics planning， construction companies logistics platform， the company must present situation and development of the logistics for analysis。
