某制造企業(yè)物流平臺建設需求分析



摘    要


進入二十一世紀以來，企業(yè)所處的市場環(huán)境更加激烈：技術進步越來越快，市場和勞務競爭全球化，用戶的要求越來越苛刻，產(chǎn)品研發(fā)的難度越來越大，如何在快速有效地滿足顧客需求的基礎上實現(xiàn)低成本的運營，是眾多企業(yè)面臨的難題。制造技術已經(jīng)不單純是制造工藝方法和產(chǎn)品設計，制造系統(tǒng)的一切活動都和物流活動有關，引進物流技術，不僅能降低企業(yè)的運輸成本，減少庫存，而且能加快生產(chǎn)流程和銷售流程，提高生產(chǎn)效率和生產(chǎn)能力，降低企業(yè)生產(chǎn)成本。某制造企業(yè)發(fā)展迅速，急需提升企業(yè)物流管理水平，但是受企業(yè)長期發(fā)展影響，企業(yè)形成了多個業(yè)務差異較大的事業(yè)部，公司物流管理難度較大，公司庫存積壓和資源浪費的情況嚴重，為了進行合理的物流規(guī)劃，建設公司物流平臺，必須對公司物流現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展情況進行分析。

本文通過對該企業(yè)物流現(xiàn)狀的分析，準確分析企業(yè)在物流方面存在的問題，具體分析和闡述物流平臺建設的必要性和可行性，并對企業(yè)的未來目標進行預測分析。企業(yè)物流規(guī)劃的需求分析決定了物流規(guī)劃的方向，如何在進行各種物流規(guī)劃之前進行有效的物流需求分析是必不可少的因此具有重要意義。如果缺乏物流需求分析，將出現(xiàn)各種物流問題，給企業(yè)造成巨大浪費。物流需求分析的目的在于為物流活動提供物流供給不斷滿足物流需求的依據(jù)，以保證物流服務的供給與需求之間的相對平衡，使物流活動保持較高的效率與效益。物流需求分析、預測是否準確，直接關系到物流規(guī)劃的科學性和合理性，關系到物流發(fā)展規(guī)劃成功與否，同時也會影響到經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展速度。重視物流需求分析，加強物流需求管理，能夠有效引導投資，對浪費現(xiàn)象具有現(xiàn)實的知道意義。本文通過對制造企業(yè)發(fā)展情況的研究，分析企業(yè)在物流平臺建設方面的需求。
