現(xiàn)代機(jī)械加工業(yè)中,許多結(jié)構(gòu)零件采用厚板沖制而成,它能保證零件有足夠的強(qiáng)度和剛度,提高零件的使用壽命,提高勞動生產(chǎn)率,從而降低生產(chǎn)成本,因此,厚板沖裁技術(shù)作為現(xiàn)代沖裁技術(shù)的主要發(fā)展方向與開拓項(xiàng)目越來越引人注目。但是厚板沖裁時由于沖頭受力條件惡劣,模具壽命過低,而模具壽命是衡量模具技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的重要指標(biāo)。另一方面,對于厚板沖裁的沖件產(chǎn)品,其質(zhì)量很差,尤其是沖切面參差不齊、尺寸與形位精度低。本論文在查閱大量國內(nèi)外技術(shù)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,對厚板沖裁成形方法進(jìn)行了研究。首先分析研究厚板沖裁成形過程,指出了影響厚板沖裁成形過程的主要因素,再運(yùn)用模擬仿真軟件Deform 3D對沖裁過程進(jìn)行模擬,由模擬結(jié)果得出了斜刃角度,凸、凹模間隙以及刃口小圓角等工藝參數(shù)對厚板沖裁成形工藝及成形結(jié)果的影響,并得到了這些因素對厚板沖裁成形結(jié)果的基本影響規(guī)律。最后,通過對厚板沖裁技術(shù)的探討,針對厚板沖裁成形工藝的要求和特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了厚板沖裁成形模具裝置,并針對如何減小沖裁力,提高模具壽命,提出了厚板沖裁的凸模設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)。本文對厚板沖裁成形技術(shù)的分析方法和得出的結(jié)論能夠滿足生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用的基本要求,對于今后該項(xiàng)技術(shù)的進(jìn)一步研究及推廣應(yīng)用有一定的參考意義。

ABSTRACT
In modern machinery industry, many parts pressed with the thick blank,it can ensure the intension and the rigidity of the parts, improve parts of life, raising labor productivity, thereby lowering the cost of production and, So, the technology of the Blanking of the thick blank is coming to front more and more now. But because of the bad condition of the punch received during the blanking, die life is too low, and die life is a measure of mold technology and the level of important economic indicators. On the other hand,the product of the blanking,it’s quality is very bad,especially the surface of the cutting is ragged,the precision of the size and the figure were very low,and for the parts whose figure were complex,it can not produce now. This paper in the large number of domestic and foreign access to technical information on the basis of the method of forming thick blanking of the study. First,analyse the thick blank cutting process and the forming rule, pointing out that the impact plate blanking the main factors forming process, and then use simulation software for punching Deform 3D process simulation, simulation results obtained by the oblique angle of the blade, convex and concave Die space and cutting edge technology parameters, such as small round plate blanking forming process of forming the results and the impact of these factors and has been punching the plate forming the basic effects of the results. Finally, punching through the thick of technology, blanking plate forming process for the requirements and characteristics of the design of the plate blanking Die devices, and for how to reduce the blanking ability, and improve die life, to the thick Punching the punch plate design features. The analysis method and the conclusion in this paper can fulfil the manufacturing requirement,and has universal guide and reference means to the continual application of investigation and generalization.
