二十一世紀(jì)是人本管理的時(shí)代,薪酬體系是人本管理的重要方面。薪酬體系
設(shè)計(jì)既是建立現(xiàn)代薪酬管理制度的前提和重要組成部分,也是人力資源開發(fā)與管
理的重要環(huán)節(jié)。合理有效的薪酬體系,對(duì)于員工,它不但是生活的保障,而且能
有效激發(fā)員工的積極性與主動(dòng)性,促進(jìn)員工努力實(shí)現(xiàn)組織目標(biāo);對(duì)于企業(yè),它是
生存和發(fā)展的根本,使企業(yè)能在人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)下吸引和保留住一
支素質(zhì)良好且有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的員工隊(duì)伍,使企業(yè)在業(yè)績(jī)方面有顯著增長(zhǎng),進(jìn)而能夠提
升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
本文以西安市XH書店為研究對(duì)象,西安市XH書店企業(yè)性質(zhì)的轉(zhuǎn)變決定了
其本身的獨(dú)特性和復(fù)雜性。文章先是系統(tǒng)闡述了薪酬管理和績(jī)效考核的有關(guān)理
論,為后文奠定了扎實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ);然后通過對(duì)XH書店的薪酬體系現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查,
指出現(xiàn)存薪酬體系中存在的一系列問題:競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力增加,薪酬激勵(lì)效果較弱;員
工身份多樣,未能體現(xiàn)同工同酬;部門忙閑不均,未能體現(xiàn)按勞分配;績(jī)效考核
缺失,導(dǎo)致內(nèi)部流程不暢;現(xiàn)有工資體系屬于“行政事業(yè)單位”性質(zhì),與該店的
企業(yè)性質(zhì)不匹配;薪酬結(jié)構(gòu)不盡合理等,并針對(duì)其薪酬管理和績(jī)效考核中存在的
問題進(jìn)行了分析;最后綜合運(yùn)用薪酬管理和績(jī)效管理的有關(guān)知識(shí),結(jié)合XH書店
的企業(yè)情況,提出了薪酬體系設(shè)計(jì)的思路,并最終設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)施了一套適合該企業(yè)
發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的薪酬體系。
