摘要
隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷提升,我國(guó)汽車電子市場(chǎng)保持著較高的增長(zhǎng)速度,汽車電子產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)將在汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的保障下穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,各類 汽車電子產(chǎn)品在汽車中的普及率將持續(xù)提高。未來(lái)的汽車電子產(chǎn)品中,圍繞安全、節(jié)能、環(huán)保、舒適和娛樂(lè)等方面的元器件及其周邊產(chǎn)品迅速發(fā)展。其中汽車的安全顯示就在汽車儀表盤上,汽車儀表集中了全車的儀表,它好像一扇窗口,顯示了汽車的工作狀況,是汽車安全與否的重要體現(xiàn)。傳統(tǒng)的儀表盤生產(chǎn)線,線上的每個(gè)工作站上的工人需要根據(jù)記憶及經(jīng)驗(yàn),去選擇對(duì)應(yīng)的儀表并直接安裝的儀表盤上。而裝配線上需要根據(jù)各種不同需求裝配不同類型及型號(hào)的儀表盤及與之相匹配的儀表。隨時(shí)代的發(fā)展這樣的作業(yè)方式顯然已不能滿足生產(chǎn)的需要,需要更先進(jìn)的作業(yè)方式。本文介紹運(yùn)用VC++6.0制作儀表盤生產(chǎn)線裝配控制系統(tǒng),將條碼技術(shù)運(yùn)用于儀表盤裝配線上,達(dá)到系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)識(shí)別、檢測(cè)、顯示對(duì)應(yīng)內(nèi)容、控制執(zhí)行部件動(dòng)作及對(duì)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理、相關(guān)內(nèi)容的打印,并為下一次操作做好數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)備。減少操作工人的工作量,減少人為操作出現(xiàn)的差錯(cuò),節(jié)省人力并縮短生產(chǎn)周期,提高企業(yè)效益。

Abstract
With the rising of the Chinese economy, China's automotive electronics market has maintained a high growth rate, the automotive electronics market in the automobile industry development under the protection of steady development, the penetration of various automotive electronic products in automobiles will continue to improve. The future of automotive electronics products, focusing on safety, energy conservation, environmental protection, comfort and entertainment components and peripheral products to develop rapidly. Which the safety of the car show on the car dashboard, car dashboard focused on the instrumentation of the entire vehicle, it looks like a window that displays the car is an important manifestation of the car is safe or not. The traditional instrument panel production line, the line workers on each workstation based on memory and experience to select the corresponding instrument and mounted directly on the dashboard. Instrument on the assembly lines need to match the diverse needs of assembly of different types and models of the instrument panel and contrast. With the development of the era such practices apparently can not meet the needs of production, the need for more advanced practices.This article describes the use VC + + 6.0 produced the instrument panel production line assembly control system, bar code technology used in the instrument panel assembly line, the system automatically identify, detect and display the corresponding content, control the implementation of parts of the action and the relevant data processing and related contentprinting, data preparation for the next operation. Reduce the workload of the operating workers, reduce human operator errors, saving manpower and shorten the production cycle, improve enterprise efficiency
