Research and Application on Integrated Quality Management System Based on MES
摘 要
質(zhì)量是企業(yè)在激烈的市場競爭中取得勝利的重要條件之一。尤其對于離散制造企業(yè)來說,由于工藝過程不連續(xù),制造過程和質(zhì)量活動相互獨立,降低了質(zhì)量管理活動的執(zhí)行效率。如何通過將制造過程物流信息與質(zhì)量信息有效地集成來提高制造過程的質(zhì)量控制能力是傳統(tǒng)制造企業(yè)面臨的共性課題。制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)(Manufacturing Execution System, MES)能夠提供企業(yè)制造過程中所有物料的實時狀態(tài)。因此,對基于MES的集成質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究具有一定的現(xiàn)實意義和理論意義。
本文以某風(fēng)電增速器生產(chǎn)企業(yè)為研究背景,在對國內(nèi)外集成質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀、當(dāng)今先進(jìn)質(zhì)量管理技術(shù)和主流質(zhì)量管理理論進(jìn)行研究的基礎(chǔ)上,基于ERP/MES/PCS的三層企業(yè)集成模型,建立了基于MES的集成質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)。根據(jù)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品特征、生產(chǎn)特點、組織結(jié)構(gòu)和業(yè)務(wù)流程的調(diào)研分析,確定了質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)的集成需求和功能需求,建立了系統(tǒng)的功能模型。通過對現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)流程、信息流程進(jìn)行分析和優(yōu)化,建立了基于MES的集成質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程和信息模型;針對企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)過程和質(zhì)量過程的信息交互方面的需求,提出了一種松耦合的集成方案,并將其應(yīng)用于基于MES的集成質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)中;通過對統(tǒng)計過程控制(Statistical Process Control, SPC)技術(shù)原理的研究,建立了質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)中SPC的流程,從而完成了系統(tǒng)功能模塊的詳細(xì)設(shè)計。在此基礎(chǔ)上,基于C/S模式,利用面向?qū)ο笤O(shè)計的方法,選用SQL Server 2000作為數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng),采用Visual Basic.NET作為開發(fā)工具實現(xiàn)了基于MES的集成質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)程序的開發(fā)。
目前,通過系統(tǒng)在企業(yè)半年的正式運行,提高了企業(yè)制造活動與質(zhì)量活動的交互效率,提高了質(zhì)量管理的執(zhí)行效率。對離散制造企業(yè)的信息化技術(shù)應(yīng)用具有一定的示范作用。

Research an Application of Integrated Quality Management System Based on MES
Abstract
Quality is one of the most important conditions for a company to success in the fierce market competition. Especially for the discrete manufacturing enterprise, whose quality management efficiency is reduced by the mutual independence of the manufacturing process and quality activities because of the discontinuous process. How to improve the quality control ability by integrating the logistics information with the quality information in the manufacturing process is a common issue for the traditional manufacturing enterprises. MES can provide enterprises with the real-time status of materials in the manufacturing process. So the research of the integrated quality management system based on MES has practical and theoretical significance.
With an certain enterprise producing wind accelerators as the background, based on the research situation of the integrated quality management system at home and abroad and today’s advanced quality management technology and mainstream quality management theories, according to the ERP/MES/PCS structure which is a three-tier model for enterprise integration, the architecture of the integrated management system based on MES is established in this paper. By the investigation and analysis of products and production features, organizational structure and business process of the enterprise, the integration and functional requirements are confirmed, and the functional model of the system is established. According to the analysis and optimization of the current business processes and information flows, the business processes and information models of the quality management system based on MES are established; In view of the requirements of information exchange between production process and quality process, a loosely coupled integration method is proposed and used in the integrated quality management system based on MES; by researching the technology principle of SPC, the SPC flow in the quality management system is established and the detailed design of the functional models of the system are completed. Finally, based on C/S mode, using object-oriented design methods, choosing SQL Server 2000 as the database system, and adopting Visual Basic.NET as the development tool, the integration quality management system is developed and implemented.
At present, through the implementation of the system in the enterprise for half a year, the quality management efficiency is improved with improving the interaction efficiency between the manufacturing process and the quality activities. The research in this paper is exemplary for other discrete manufacturing enterprises to apply IT.
