摘要 隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展與企業(yè)間競爭的日趨激烈,ERP系統(tǒng)越來越受到企業(yè)的重視,成功實施的ERP系統(tǒng)可以為企業(yè)帶來巨大的效益,并且提高企業(yè)的核心競爭力;反之,失敗的ERP系統(tǒng)不僅不會給企業(yè)注入新的活力,反而會成為企業(yè)的枷鎖,限制企業(yè)的進步。
ERP實施的成敗有很多影響因素,那么數(shù)據(jù)信息管理對ERP項目實施成敗有什么關(guān)系,假設:數(shù)據(jù)信息管理與ERP實施成敗有關(guān)鍵性影響。
本文在第一章介紹了關(guān)于數(shù)據(jù)信息管理和ERP實施成敗的關(guān)系在國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,并闡述了本文主要工作內(nèi)容;在第二章介紹了ERP相關(guān)理論概念及數(shù)據(jù)信息管理的相關(guān)理論;在第三章研究了一個實施ERP成功的企業(yè)的案例和一個實施ERP失敗的企業(yè)案例,并在各個方面進行對比分析,得出數(shù)據(jù)信息管理對于ERP實施成敗有著非常重要的影響,數(shù)據(jù)的收集以及數(shù)據(jù)的管理是ERP實施過程中最重要因素,數(shù)據(jù)信息管理貫穿企業(yè)實施ERP的整個流程,如果不能保證基礎數(shù)據(jù)的準備工作,那么極有可能導致企業(yè)實施ERP的失??;在第四章基于第三章兩個案例對比分析得出的結(jié)論的基礎上,在基礎數(shù)據(jù)準備、物料編碼體系、工藝路線和物料清單等方面提出一些有利于實施ERP的建議;在第五章對論文進行總結(jié)和展望,把握好數(shù)據(jù)信息管理,對于ERP實施的成功有著極大的幫助。希望無論實施公司還是企業(yè)都應該重視數(shù)據(jù)信息管理,減少不必要的資源浪費,增強企業(yè)的競爭力。

Analysis of the relationship between the data management and the ERP implementation of the success or failure
Abstract With the economic development and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,ERP systems are becoming more and more important to enterprises, successful implementation of ERP systems can bring huge benefits for enterprises, and improve the competitiveness of enterprises; however the failure of ERP systems can not inject a new vitality for enterprises ,it will become the chains of enterprises, limit the progress of enterprises.
ERP implementation is affected by many factors; including the data management is the recent academic latest out, then what is the relation between the data management and the success or failure of ERP implementation?
In this article, the first chapter introduces the research status information of home and abroad between the relationship data management and the success or failure of ERP implementation, and describes the main contents of this article; In the second chapter describes the theoretical concepts related to the theory of ERP information management and data information; In the third chapter of the case study, I study a successful implementation of ERP business and a business case for the implementation of ERP failure, and carries on the contrast analysis in all aspects, the data management has an important influence on the success or failure of ERP implementation, data collection and data management is one of the most important factors in ERP implementation process, data management is throughout the process of ERP implementation in enterprises, if you can not guarantee the preparation of basic data, so most likely lead to the failure of enterprises to ERP implementation; the fourth chapter is on the basic of the third chapter comparative analysis of the two case comparison, in data preparation, material coding system, the process route and bill of materials, put forward some conducive to the implementation of the recommendations of the ERP, in the fifth chapter of the thesis is the summary and looking to future, grasp the data management, and it is a great help to the success of the ERP implementation. I hope companies of implementation or enterprises should pay attention to data management, reduce unnecessary waste of resources, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.

Analysis of the relationship between the data management and the ERP implementation of the success or failure
