物流企業(yè)信息化水平評價指標體系研究

摘  要

在信息技術迅猛發(fā)展的今天，信息化己成為社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的大勢所趨。對于企業(yè)來說，實現(xiàn)企業(yè)信息化己成為企業(yè)獲取競爭優(yōu)勢的必然選擇。然而，物流企業(yè)信息化評價是一個復雜的、多面性的問題。由于我國物流企業(yè)信息化建設尚處于初級階段，與信息化技術研究相比，信息化評價研究相對滯后。目前，還沒有一套實用的、完整的物流企業(yè)信息化評價指標體系和評價方法對物流企業(yè)信息化水平進行評價。特別是如何合理地選擇針對物流企業(yè)信息化的評價指標、如何分配權重并建立評價模型，最終客觀、如實、全面地評價企業(yè)的信息化水平，這些都成為信息化研究的當務之急。
本文通過對企業(yè)信息化、信息化評價等相關理論的介紹，對物流企業(yè)信息化進行了研究，比較選擇各種評價方法，制定了一套物流企業(yè)信息化評價指標體系，模糊綜合評價方法能對物流企業(yè)信息化評價的各種指標因素進行比較全面、正確而又定量的評價，因此本文以一個物流企業(yè)為例，將專家評審模型作為物流企業(yè)信息化的評價模型，為物流企業(yè)信息化建設提供了有力的決策支持。

Abstract

While the information technology develops swiftly and violently in today, the informatization has become ultimately with the social economy development. As for the enterprise, the realization of enterprise informatization has become the inevitably choice if the enterprise wants to gain the competition superiority. However, the eva luation of logistic enterprise informatization is a complex and versatile question. Because of the construction of logistic enterprise informatization in our country is still at a primary stage, compared with the research of informatization technology, the research of informatization eva luation is lag relatively .At present, it does not have a set of practical and integrated indexes system and eva luation method for the logistic enterprise informatization level. Especially how to choose the eva luation indexes reasonably which aim for the logistic enterprises, and how to assign the weight of each index, establish the eva luation model, and finally eva luate the enterprise informatization level objectively, truthfully, and comprehensively, all of these become the urgent mater in informatization research.
After introduced the theories of enterprise informatization and informatization eva luation，conducted the research of logistic enterprise informatization, and compared and selected the eva luation methods, this paper has designed a set of eva luation indexes system of the logistic enterprise informatization level, and has discovered that the Delphi method can determine the weight quite scientifically and objectively, and the fuzzily synthesis eva luation method can make a quite comprehensive, correct and quantitative eva luation of each index in the logistic enterprise informatization eva luation. Therefore, this paper has used a logistic enterprise as an example and used the fuzzily Delphi eva luation method as the eva luation model of logistic enterprise informatization and provides the powerful policy-making supporting for the logistic enterprise informatization construction.
