國際商務(wù)的經(jīng)營和跨國公司的管理
                     ——以我國跨國公司為研究樣本

摘要
隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的高速發(fā)展和來自以跨國公司為代表的外部經(jīng)濟(jì)力量的競爭與沖擊，實(shí)施跨國經(jīng)營成為了必然，在中國加入WTO后，面對日益增多的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)，給中國跨國公司帶來了更多的思考空間。本文從中國跨國公司所面臨的轉(zhuǎn)軌經(jīng)濟(jì)這一制度背景出發(fā)，探討我國跨國公司實(shí)施跨國經(jīng)營和對外直接投資所面臨的現(xiàn)狀，并從中分析我國跨國公司的經(jīng)營行為。尋求更加合理的跨國經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略。本文從我國跨國公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，存在問題，原因分析，對策建議、發(fā)展前景這五個(gè)層面研究了各自的跨國經(jīng)營動機(jī)及其成因，并討論中國跨國經(jīng)營活動中的投資政策導(dǎo)向、擴(kuò)展方式選擇、以及海外經(jīng)營活動的組織等方面的具體行為，以此來探討我國公司的海外成長之路，為我跨國公司提供必要的、可供參考的分析成果。

International business operation and management           of multinational corporations                                                    --- sample of Chinese multinational corporations
Abstract
With the rapid development of economic globalization and transnational corporations as the representative from the external to the economic forces of competition and the impact of the implementation of transnational business has become a necessity in China's accession to WTO, the face of increasing opportunities and challenges to China multinational corporations more to ponder on. This article from the Chinese transition economy TNCs face the background of the system, discusses the implementation of China's multinational corporations and foreign direct investment of transnational business challenges at present, and to analyze the behavior of transnational corporations in China. Seeking a more reasonable strategy of transnational business. In this paper, development situation, problems and necessity, the strategic choice of these four levels of transnational corporations operate their own motivations and causes, and transnational business activities discuss within China's Investment Decision, extended size selection, as well as overseas operations and other activities of organizaitonal specific behavior overseas In order to explore the overseas Chinese companies grow road, for I multinational companies to provide the necessary, reference analysis results.
