[摘要]注塑成型是熱塑性塑料成型的主要方法之一,可以一次成型形狀復(fù)雜的精密塑件。以90°彎管注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)為例,介紹了常用注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì)方法和流程。首先根據(jù)塑件的結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)其進(jìn)行工藝分析,然后選擇注塑機(jī)并確定型腔數(shù)目,接著確定成形方案:分型面設(shè)計(jì)、澆注系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、型腔型芯的設(shè)計(jì)、導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)、脫模機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和側(cè)向分型抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)等。最后進(jìn)行注塑機(jī)工藝參數(shù)校核,包括注射量、鎖模力和注射機(jī)閉合高度等方面。并詳細(xì)介紹了模具的工作過程。在設(shè)計(jì)的同時(shí),進(jìn)行了部分的分析說明。該模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)巧妙,操作方便,使用壽命長(zhǎng),塑件達(dá)到技術(shù)要求。本文采用的設(shè)計(jì)方法和流程對(duì)其它不同結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)品的注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)有一定的參考價(jià)值。
