摘 要
內(nèi)部控制是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的重要手段。盡管現(xiàn)在我國(guó)的內(nèi)部控制體系有了一定的規(guī)模，但仍然存在許多弊端，隨著相關(guān)內(nèi)部控制的法律法規(guī)的出臺(tái)，我國(guó)的內(nèi)部控制體系會(huì)逐漸健全和完善。
本文主要以存貨為例來(lái)分析企業(yè)的內(nèi)部控制，并按照“提出問題一分析問題—解決問題”的模式來(lái)闡述存貨的內(nèi)部控制，分析當(dāng)前我國(guó)企業(yè)存貨管理中普遍存在的問題，并提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策，給出了存貨采購(gòu)、銷售、盤點(diǎn)等三個(gè)主要環(huán)節(jié)的工作程序。同時(shí)，本文就如何借鑒西方關(guān)于內(nèi)部控制的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)完善我國(guó)的內(nèi)部控制制度體系做了詳細(xì)闡述。

Abstract
The internal control is the important means that is modern business administration. Though our country has certain scale of the internal control system now, there are a lot of drawbacks. With the relevant issue of laws and regulations that internal control, internal control system of our country can be sound, and perfect gradually.
The author takes inventory as an example to analyze briefly that the internal control system of the enterprise. The author, according to the model "Put Forward the Problem —Analyze the Problem— Solve the Problem", comes and explains the internal control of the inventory, and put forward the problem which the current inventory management exists in, had analyzed and put forward the corresponding countermeasure; the author analyses purchasing, selling, making an inventory, the three stages of the internal control of the inventory. At the same time, not only we refer to the internal control of the western, but come and perfect the internal control system of our country.
